I like all the information that is on your website. I will continue to visit. Hunter has a Doctor appointment this month and I am going to talk to her about this also. I am glad your little one is feeling better. Hopefully We will have relief also. I am just soo nervous to make this big change. Forever is Forever. But I guess we will do anything to help OUR family.

I am gluten free and have never felt better! I have a clearer way of thinking, I do not have headaches, no more joint pain, I am even able to sleep better. I have lost all of my bloating a whole 5 pounds worth!

I was reading the book "Dangerous Grains" by Doctors J Braly and R Hoggan. In the book they suggest that about 70% of Celiac patients will suffer withdrawals when they begin a GF diet, So I guess that people with Gluten sensitivities will also be prone to feelings of withdrawals although maybe less severe and in a smaller percentage.

Recently, Elisabeth Hasslebeck from "The View" released a book about discovering a GF diet and how it answered health questions that she has had for years.
Although she doesn't yet recognize that GF sensitivities are nearly as dangerous and can lead to Celiac Sprue- she does say that a GF diet can benifit everyone.
